Shaping the lives of children as they grow in their understanding of who God is and what He’s doing in the world!

We've created a safe and caring environment – we celebrate milestones in your child’s life through child dedication, kindergarten Bible presentations, and 5th grade graduation.

If you'll be bringing your kids to church for the first time, please fill out this short form and let us know you'll be attending. When you arrive, stop by one of our Welcome Desks; we’d love to meet you!

Security

All Orchard Kids are required to check in at one of our kiosks to receive a child check-in nametag, a classroom ticket, and a matching adult pick-up nametag. Guests can obtain a temporary wristband at our Orchard Kids Welcome Desk. All of our volunteers and background checked, screened and trained.

Special Needs

We welcome children with all types of Special Needs and will provide a “buddy” for them so parents can attend the church service. We would love to meet your child to determine how we can support them in the best way possible.

Additionally, SNaP’N (Special Needs Parent Network) meets the second Monday of each month September-May, 6:30-8 p.m., Room 110. Parents of children/adults with special needs gather for a time in God’s Word, prayer and occasional outside speakers. Volunteer caregivers are provided for all children/adults with special needs and their siblings.

FAQs

We use the same system as the local public schools to determine which classroom is the most appropriate for your child—with a September 1 cut-off date.

If we need to get in touch with you during the service, we will send a text to the phone number you used for check-in, with your child’s room number.

If your child has a severe food allergy, please let us know when you sign in or on the registration card so we are aware of the specific allergy and its severity. Additionally, we try to stay away from common food allergies with our snacks, such as nuts.

Yes, we encourage families to worship together! It’s okay if your kids are a little squirmy.

Whether you are here for the first time or have attended for years, all parents are asked to show their child’s ticket when picking up children, infants to second grade.  Third through fifth grade are allowed to leave their classrooms upon dismissal, so please set up a family meeting spot.

Yes! Child dedication is an acknowledgment by parents that they have been entrusted with their child by God. It is also a commitment to teach, train and model godliness for your child—a pledge you are asked to take publicly, before God and our church family.

Please fill out a child dedication request form if you’re interested in dedicating your child and our staff will be in touch with you about the next dedication date and meeting.
