Giving Methods
A gift may be given in a variety of methods as outlined below.
Online

Checks or Money Orders
Checks or money orders can be given in three ways:
- placed in the offering plate during Saturday evening or Sunday morning worship services
- dropped off at The Orchard office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
- mailed to The Orchard Evangelical Free Church / Attn. Accounting / 1330 North Douglas Avenue, Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004
Automatic Withdrawal
Simplify your giving by authorizing an automated transfer of funds for your regular tax-deductible giving to The Orchard. You may choose monthly or twice-monthly transfers from your bank account directly to the church account. Simply fill out the Automatic Withdrawal Enrollment Form available in the church office, or download the form and fill it out. Submit the form in person or via mail to the attention of the Accounting Office. Once we receive your form, we will contact you to confirm the information. You may discontinue the withdrawal at any time.
Gifts of Stock
Stock may be donated to The Orchard by notifying Russ McCune, Business Administrator, 224-764-4010. Transfers can be made electronically or in the form of stock certificates. For more information, view the Stock Giving Instructions.
In order to assist you with your planning, contribution statements will be mailed out in October. In January, we mail out year-end contribution statements which reflect your total contributions for the prior year for all tax-deductible gifts in accordance with IRS requirements.
