When can I start giving to the Double Impact project?
You can start giving immediately. Our official start date is December 1, 2009.
How do I give to the Double Impact project?
You can give in person during the worship offering, at the church office, by mail, 1330 N. Douglas Ave. Arlington Heights, Illinois 60004, or online. For pledges and contributions to the Double Impact project, please write "Double Impact" on the memo line of the check or mark the Development Fund section of the offering envelope. The Development Fund line on the offering envelopes will be changed to Double Impact beginning in January.
How long is the campaign?
The length of the Double Impact / Mobilizing Our Mission campaign is three years (36 months). It officially begins December 1, 2009 and will conclude November 30, 2012.
How do I give to the General Budget and Double Impact?
Please utilize the memo line to indicate Double Impact. You do not have to write two checks to include your regular giving, simply indicate your split in the memo line.
For example - Your $300 donation may read as “$200 General, $100 Double Impact.”
How can I get offering envelopes?
If you would like to have offering envelopes, please contact Rita Thompson, 224-764-4009.
Can I give online?
The Orchard website provides a variety of options for giving to the ministry and specifically Double Impact.
What is our goal for fund raising for Double Impact?
Our goal is to raise $15 million dollars for Double Impact / Mobilizing Our Mission and retire any outstanding debt as soon as possible.
How will I track my giving toward Double Impact?
Once you establish your user account through The Orchard website, you will be able to access your giving records for the current year and the past two years. The Accounting Department will email or USPS mail a giving statement to you in October and January for the prior year.
