Special Needs Parent Network
It is with great delight that I invite you to our 2nd meeting of the Special Needs Parent Network at The Orchard, Arlington Heights Campus. Please join us on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 6:30-8 pm as we gather for a time of sharing, prayer and laughter in this journey called life. We are excited to announce that we will be able to provide full child care this evening! We have five screened adult volunteers and eight screened high school volunteers. Hopefully, this will free up any babysitting issues and facilitate you attending this meeting.
Please consider attending this group on a monthly basis. For now, we have scheduled the meetings for the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6:30–8 pm. I know this group will continue to transform itself into a place where parents can feel loved, heard, informed and blessed. If you have a friend who would like to visit for an evening, be sure to invite them as well – we would enjoy meeting them!
RSVP to Wendi Serna, 847.749.4099 by January 5 so we can plan appropriately for childcare. Let me know how many children you are bringing and their ages.
