Women’s Ministry

Women’s Ministry

Women TalkingThe mission of Women’s Ministry at The Orchard is to help women of every age and season of life glorify God by displaying the gospel through their womanhood. Through LIFE Groups, events, various programs, Bible studies, and mentoring relationships, it is our desire to equip and encourage women to manifest Christ likeness in their singleness, marriage, parenting, empty nesting, and widowhood. We believe Titus 2 calls the older women to teach the younger women and we are committed to providing an environment in which this can happen in increasing measure.

There is much confusion in our world today and women can be overwhelmed by the choices and demands upon them and their families. Because we believe that the home is God’s primary means of training, it is our goal to point every woman to the Word of God, where they will find strength and truth for everyday living. To that end, we encourage women at The Orchard to participate in a LIFE Group or other Bible-centered fellowship, as well as to take advantage of one or more of the women’s ministry opportunities listed on this website.

If you are new to the church, or would like help finding your place in the body of Christ, please feel free to email me or give me a call.

Titus Two Tools

Titus Two Event PostcardGeneration to Generation - Bearing One Another’s Burdens

March 12, 2010
6:45 - 9 PM
Titus Two Tools invites all women to our next women’s intergenerational event.

Join us for an evening of equipping and encouragement as we learn how we can carry one another’s burdens in different seasons of our lives.

Linda Green will begin the night by sharing a short teaching on what it means to carry one another’s burdens. This will be followed by a panel discussion of three women who will share the significant impact their burdens played in their spiritual growth. They will also describe specific ways the body of Christ served them during this time. The second half of the evening will include 30 minutes of small group discussion pertaining to our speakers.  The night will conclude with some time for fellowship around a chocolate fountain and coffee.

Online registration is now available.
