Women’s Ministries
The purpose of the Women's Titus Two Ministry at The Orchard is to support the discipleship ministry of the church by helping women establish gospel-centered relationships with godly women who will encourage them and equip them to live for God's glory.
The centerpiece of women's ministry is the Gospel as revealed through the Word of God. Our goal is to teach and train women in biblical principles that will help them navigate the different cultural forces at play in the world today. To that end, it is our desire for women at The Orchard to be:

Equipped to apply the principles of biblical womanhood to all of life.

Equipped to spiritually mother other women and show and tell the next generation the biblical principles of womanhood.

Strengthened in their love for and service to the church.
We encourage all women to participate in a LIFE Group, as well as the other opportunities listed below. If you are new to the church, or would like help finding your place in the body of Christ, feel free to email me or call me, 224.764.4017.

Titus Two Tools Events

LIFE Groups for Women

Life in Christ Discipleship
Living a fruitful life for the kingdom and glory of God through the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Titus Two Training
This class is a one-year discipleship course designed to foster intergenerational relationships amont women who love God's Word and desire to know what it means to glorify God as described in Titus 2. Our mission is to encourage and equip older and younger women, both married and single, to live for God's glory in every area of their lives.
We meet five Thursday evenings in the fall, and five evenings in the winter/spring. Our curriculum includes Becoming God's True Woman (several others), and Spiritual Mothering by Susan Hunt. This group is now closed. Contact Linda Green, 224.764.4017, to be added to a waiting list.
Tabitha's Gifts Crafting Ministry
Mondays, 12:30-2:30 pm
Mondays, 7-9 pm

Starts September 7 (Tuesday), then meets bi-weekly on Mondays beginning September 20
Do you enjoy doing crafts, or do you want to learn how? We are making handcrafted items for service projects. Currently, we are knitting hats, mittens, and scarves for the homeless. Lessons and project guidance are provided to beginners, and you can work at your own pace and interest. Call LuAnn Lempa, 847.687.4862, with questions or to join anytime.
