LIFE Groups
What is a LIFE Group?
A LIFE Group is a place we can study the Word of God together. The Bible teaches us to study the Word of God and to pray each other (John 13; 15:9-17; Gal 6:2). This is the place you can get rooted in the Word of God, you can be a strong Christian in faith and you can grow in mature. Also, in LIFE Groups, we can encourage and support each other. If you are interested in faith, we are always welcome to have you in our LIFE Group.
Glenview LIFE Group
Friday Nights starting from September 17
We study the book of Daniel.
7 pm-9 pm
We have a great fellowship together studying Pastor Colin's preaching. It always helps to understand the word of God hearing what other people think about the teaching of Scriptures. "Life is challenging." We frequently hear the phrase. On a big or small scale, we face many problems. However, it is difficult for us to face the problem alone. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest (Matt 11:28)." Through the Scriptures, God, Jesus Christ lead, guide, encourage, support, and empower us.
There are many supportive ministries at The Orchard, including Celebrate Recovery, Community Care, DivorceCare and GriefShare. Email Shohei Suzuki with questions.
Volunteer Opportunities
LIFE Group Leaders
We currently have one LIFE Group, but are looking for someone who is willing to start new LIFE Groups for the Filipino community. LIFE Groups are the place people can get together and dig deep roots into God's Word. Contact Shohei Suzuki, 224-764-4064.
